Chris Spencer
Chris possesses a BSc. (QS) and has previously worked at Rider Levett Bucknall in the capacity of “Advisory Services” for all of Queensland. After that he was employed at Gray Robinson & Cottrell before starting up CTS Property Consultants in 2011.
Chris has filled various roles in the construction industry since graduating in the mid 1980’s. He began his career in Cape Town, South Africa and before moving to Australia in early 2006, worked in New Zealand as well.
Barry Barnard
Barry possesses a wealth of knowledge from a variety of past roles he has had within the Real Estate and Engineering Sectors. After completing his BSc. (Engineering), Barry worked in Commercial Facilities Maintenance and also in Residential Property Management. He brings a unique set of multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with him to the various projects that he is involved in.
Cheryl Spencer
Cheryl is a specialist in administrative tasks, taking the weight off others in the team with her organisational skills and experience.
